Story Time at Petersburg Public Library
Ages 0–6 • 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Location: The Imagination Station

Reading aloud to children is one of the most powerful ways to support their early brain development. From strengthening language skills to building imagination, memory, and emotional awareness, shared stories help create a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Even just a few minutes of reading each day helps build vocabulary, communication skills, and early critical thinking.

Join us for each Story Time at the Imagination Station, where little learners explore the magic of books through engaging read-aloud designed especially for ages 0 to 6. Each session blends literacy with creativity. After the story of the day, children enjoy a hands-on arts and crafts activity that reinforces the theme and encourages self-expression.

Whether you are a parent, grandparent, or caregiver, Story Time offers a joyful and interactive space to bond, learn, and watch young minds grow. Come help spark a love of reading, one story, one craft, and one smile at a time.
